What we do
We publish general information and, where it helps, introduce readers to independent real estate brokers in Colombia. We are an introducer. We do not list property, represent buyers or sellers in negotiations, hold funds, or act as an agent.
Compensation
Where an introduction leads to a completed transaction, the broker may share part of their commission with us. You are never charged. This is disclosed on every page of the site.
Third parties
Brokers, lawyers and other professionals mentioned or introduced are independent. We don't control their work, their fees or their conduct, and we're not liable for it. Do your own diligence on anyone you engage, including anyone we introduce.
Accuracy
Colombian tax thresholds, minimum-wage-indexed figures and exchange rates change — some annually by decree, some daily. We review and restate figures, and we date them, but information here may be out of date by the time you read it. Verify anything you're relying on.
Limitation
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on anything published here or from any transaction you enter into.
