The short version
There are no accounts, no newsletter and no comments here. The only thing you can hand over is the enquiry form, and we use what's in it to reply to you.
What the form collects
Whatever you type: name, email, phone, budget band, city, and your message. Alongside it we record which page you sent it from, the site you were on, your browser's user agent and the referring page — so we know where enquiries come from. That goes into a private spreadsheet and an email notification. It is not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list.
Clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp and shares your number and message with us, as any WhatsApp message would. Those conversations run under WhatsApp's own terms, not ours.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics measures which pages get read. It sets cookies and Google receives that data under its own policy. No advertising or retargeting cookies are set by this site. Fonts load from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google; a font-blocking extension prevents that without breaking anything here.
Sharing with brokers
If you ask for an introduction, we pass your name, contact details and what you're looking for to that specific broker. That's the point of the introduction, and it only happens for brokers you've agreed to be introduced to. Nothing goes to anyone else.
Deleting your data
Ask and it's removed — the spreadsheet row and the conversation. Write to hola@webmedellin.co.
